PSP were commissioned to deliver a Vision Survey focussed on generating responses and gauging feedback from members of Vauxhall BID to aid the shaping of the business plan and agenda for their renewal ballot in October 2021. The survey was designed and delivered by PSP over a 10 week period under challenging conditions amidst a sustained national lockdown. With many businesses remote working, identifying and capturing key contacts proved challenging.
Result
Over 140 surveys completed (51%) over a 10 week period. Added value of over 90 new points of contact sourced.
