A leading authority on place procurement and engagement solutions across high streets, Rishi has over 15 years’ experience in managing and leading teams across place management and procurement. He brings extensive expertise in developing relationships with cross-sector stakeholders and adding value across the public and private sectors.

SUSANA CRESPO

Place Projects Manager

Susana has over 15 years of experience working in recruitment and environmental services with both national retailers and independent stores. Susana’s areas of expertise include engaging with businesses and stakeholders through direct face-to-face and remote engagement.

SIMON JACKSON

Senior Place Consultant

Simon brings over 15 years experience of supporting BIDS and town centres. Ex-Chief Executive of Swindon BID and Director of Best Bar None. Simon has experience of delivering place support programmes with over 30 BIDs nationally and strategic ballot support to BIDs in Leicester, Lichfield, Wolverhampton, Stratford Upon Avon, Aberystwyth, Altrincham, Worcester and Birmingham.

A versatile and committed project manager. Dimple has over 15 years experience of delivering support to local government agencies and councils. With a strong background in managing digital communities, key account management, business and community integration as well as delivering product training, workshops and seminars.

PHUONG THACH

Marketing & Communications Assistant

Deborah has a strong customer service background with over 20 years experience within the banking and finance sector. Having led and managed customer service teams Deborah has a strong focus on sourcing data and gaining trust. Over 3 years direct experience of supporting BIDs and their members as a campaign manager at a BID savings consultancy. Deborah is responsible for our day to day BID projects and support helpdesk.

Phuong recently joined the PSP team earlier this year as a Marketing & Communications Associate due to her strong familiarity with digital marketing and content creation skills. She has previously worked with a number of clients ranging from small to medium businesses to manage their social media presence with the main goal of building their brand within the digital sphere.

Associate Place Consultant

With over 20+ years experience working with people and places within the Night time Economy (NTE) Sarah has a raft of knowledge and experience leading national and international accreditation schemes, strategies and policies working with Government departments, partnerships on a national and localised level which includes local authorities and BIDs.

Associate Place Consultant

Lisa joins us from Colne BID having led and managed the BID for 2 years. IPM qualified, a Digital Business Skills Master Trainer and North West Town Teams Advisor, Lisa brings strong knowledge to the team around digital strategies, implementation of marketing across businesses and direct training and support services.

ELIZABETH MURPHY

Associate Place Consultant

Elizabeth has over 10 years’ experience in supporting Place Managers, communities, and local governments. With an MSc in Place Management & Leadership and recently appointed as a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management, a High Streets Task Force Expert and Mentor and Chair of the Regional ATCM. With experience of BID management as BID Manager at Wakefield BID and Harrogate BID.
