As high streets reopened in April after the lockdown, the pilot saw the PSP team deliver an active campaign to high street and industrial businesses in Tottenham including signposting and supporting businesses.

The pilot service gathered over 150 expressions of interest from businesses. £94,000 in savings were identified within 12 weeks and a further £38,000 in savings were realised as part of the pilot for businesses that participated. A report with recommendations highlighted key lessons learnt and identified opportunities for the council to explore and made recommendations for a council wide service.
