Business Sentiment Survey
PSP were commissioned to deliver an intensive campaign to generate circa 100 responses from BID members to shape the priorities for BID post COVID. Utilising Jotform to complete the survey and Solomon for data management, the PSP team managed a campaign across circa 500 businesses over a 4 week period. Allocating a campaign manager to oversee all engagement with weekly reporting to key stakeholders on any actions.
Over 140 surveys completed (51%) over a 10 week period. Added value of over 90 new points of contact sourced
